Does anyone have this? What do you do for it?

For stiffness and spasticity make sure you have plenty of Magnesium in your system. Quinine in tonic water helps...drink it periodicaslly throughtout day. (I use diet, sugar free, and stir until carbonation is just about gone. I swear, Tonic water, even left uncapped never loses it fizz.

Quinine is used in the OTC pills for restless leg syndrome.

The amino acid GABA is great for extreme spasms. I use it when I'm having extreme "leg jerks" (usually at night).

I use the powder and mix in water. I adjust to how much I need, usually less but have done up to 1 teaspoon. GABA does temporarily make your chest feel tight. Usually only lasts about 10 minutes...also makes my lips tingle. Think the pill form would lessen this effect.

I haven't had to use GABA is a few months, tonic water has helped.

Thanks for the reply. I know that you have to be careful with magnesium since it "loosens things up" but I'll try some. The Quinine sounds good, too. I have baclofen but that doesn't do anything and I'd rather do something more natural.

Magnesium is good for the spasticity. For stiffness, I find eposm salt baths, gentle stretching or yoga (gentle!), and sometimes sauna can help. go slow with the sauna until you know how you respond. Some cannot tolerate the heat.
