I've used one only once, so I can't say with any authority if they are great or not.
To me, it seemed like a pretty good device though, very biofeedback-y. A woman I worked with had one but then pretty much stopped using it once she got the QXCI. it seemed to work better than the little biofeedback machine I had used before.
Speaking of biofeedback, I just thought of this ... have you ever used/played the biofeedback game Journey to Wild Divine? That was pretty cool too.
