At this point im exhausted, i cant sleep because of the stupid herx...i cant eat...

I have to log onto my work laptop one last time and download some stuff....i still cant believe i dont have a case [Eek!]

Yea!

Its not looking to good for any one trying to get disability at the moment. Our country is being run by the most money hungry people in our history, not to mention the hurricanes and war. I have been waiting for 2 1.2 years and I have had a lawyer for 6 months.

Aw man,

That totally bums me out - I'm so sorry! Hey, can you file for short term disability from your state? Eventually you can file for social security too...

Hopefully you should get something.

Hi,

I was just looking through the links for newbies and found a PA lawyer who is LL. I think the LDASEPA recommends him. Here's the link:

http://selagylaw.com/

Maybe he can help you.

Good Luck,

Corgilla

i posted an update in general.

Now my company wants me to come back to work. HR witch said that is an option for me to return unfortunately she has to listen to std company.

this is all just crazy....i was only asking until dec 31st to begin with so i could rest while doing the doxy.......so i think i might go back...that way i can leave on my terms if need be...if i have to quit then i will....i just have to look into the terms of cobra.

I am going to ask about part time if i can do that even if unpaid...since i am on the new abx and still cant drive.

doxy is kicking my butt, so i didnt take it last nite...i needed to sleep....and i got a good nites sleep....first time in awhile :-)

Im still going to call a lawyer today...see if going back is good idea and if i can still pursue the denial.

thanks everyone!

I just realized you were talking about short term disability. Do you have a doctor that is telling you that you are not fit to return to work?
