Here's an easy answer:
If you're on high doses of antibiotics,
assume you have.
I swear, I'm not trying to be funny.
The reason I say that is some people (by this I mean ME!) think they do NOT have yeast problems, only to get on a great probiotic and find dramatic improvement in some symptoms they previously attributed to Lyme stuff.
No way can your body keep up with that rate of destruction of good bacteria. Help it out without it first begging you!
