Any recommendations on how to find a local practioner that does ozone prior to purchasing something? I have not had much luck so far finding anyone. Thanks

instead of paying high prices to get ozone administered, buy a concentrator and a generator and make your own. there are many ways you can apply it. i would recommend the one at plasmafire.com i had a uv generator before but it was a cheap toy compared to this. this way you can do as much ozone as you like, and use it to keep yourself healthy for life. you can also do many more treatments this way
