There was a recipe using this on the wholeapproachforums.com website.
It has no sugar and 99% caffeine free. Just wondering because i could go for some hot chocolate right about now.

Did you know cocoa has 4 times as much antioxident as green tea? Bring on the cocoa!

Nestle's make a good sugar free coco powder & you could add your own sweetener. It's yummie.
There is an ingrediant(I forget the name) in chocolate than has a stimulating effect.It's not so much the caffine as it is the other .
If you eat chocolate ,eat before noon or not to close to bed as it makes it harder to fall asleep.
