Someone help i think i am going mad,
have been ill on and off for a year
Headaches, not banging ones but annoying. Stiffness shooulders neck. Tired always
stuffy bunged up feeling, heartburn , indigestion
aches . Light headed woozy. SOmetimes cant sleep sometimes cant stopsleeping, Skin feels like its burning on top of back and chest stomach pains, no get up and go very depressed by it all. But no symptoms all at the same time they come and go in phases.
Requested blood test of doc he said its unlikely although i have had blood tests for about everything else.As well as ecg and chest xray. He seems to think its my borderline blood pressure????????????/ please help..

Karl, you need to continue educating yourself about lyme and other vector borne illnesses. Your symptoms sure do sound like it could be. This site is a good start to finding out you're not crazy, you're ill.

You will need to be in charge of your healthcare. Do not think for a minute that the doc is in charge. You are. This is your life and your health and you will become more knowledgeable about all this than the docs.

You do need to find at least one half way supportive doc. I noticed you are from UK. I don't know anything about your health care system. Don't be afraid to look for alternative care physcians who are more apt to look outside the traditional box for answers and healing.

Get a new doctor and get a test from a lab such as Igenex for Lyme and all of the co-infections.

Several members of Lymenet are in the UK. If you start a thread with UK in the title, they will probably respond. They may know of treatment resources. At least you could compare experiences.
