I started chlorella last Friday and quickly went up to max. dose of 5 pills 3x/ day.

I also started Mino 100mg 2x/ day.

I have horrible headache w/ pressure and my ears feel full. I wake up OK and it gets worse as the day goes on, reaching a peak late afternoon/ early evening.

LLMD said to stop mino til pain subsides, then switch to 50 mg 2x/ day.

I've been off three days now- no relief.

Could it be the Chlorella causing this instead?

Head pressure was the very first herx I had with my abx .I

can't find head pressure in any of my med books that list just head pressure as a side effect.

Now when I get the head prssure I am pretty sure it is from a brain herx or die off in the brain.

Someone told me once when you have a die off there is some brain swelling that results in the head pressure. [bonk]

Just my personal experience
Take care

Mino was the only abx ever that gave me a major headache. Now, my LLMD wants me to go back on it. I'm scared ...

Chlorella doesn't give me a headache, but that's just me.

Mino can increase your intracranial pressure. Could you stop it for a few days to see how your headache responds?

Or, could you try a different med?

The pain and pressure are fading by today.

Been off mino since Wednesday.

I backed off chlorella a bit too.

I'm gonna restart mino at 50mg tomorrow or Monday and see what happens.

Thanks for your opinions!
