I was a severe case almost 20 years ago. I was 8-9 at the time and didnt get all the info that my parents did. I had a lot of joint problems, and recently(increased workouts in the military) my knees have been suffering. Is this sort of thing normal? Is this just the fact that I am staring at 30 or should I be concnerned? Thanks.

Sounds like it would be a good idea to get to a lyme literate dr to get checked.
If it is lyme, abx could help. So in a way, a lyme diagnosis could be a sort of good news.
