Dana-
Tried Ambien which does nothing.
I was cranking benadryl a couple weeks ago because her picc site was itching and came to the conclusion it winds her up. Used to make her sleepy.
Have not tried the D one you suggested. (please excuse I am a sleep deprived lyme head)She takes clonopin, so that could be an idea. I will look into it.
Sounds like you have some experience with insomnia. Does 5 stand for 5 of you having lyme? Thanks a lot.
