IgM was 1:80 Titer and IgG was 1:80 but my doctor says that he believes my bab is in remission. But, everywhere I have read we never get rid of Bab. So, if this test was done in 2003. Do I still have BAb or not? Why or Why can't I be retest to see if I still come up positive with BAb?

I would certainly retest. If you still have IgM, then I would suspect you still have Babs.

Well, remission doesn't exactly meaned cured does it?
Babesia- if treated correctly, should be able to be erradicated - but usually it's not treated correctly and usually it's dx is completely missed. And it sounds like you were never treated?
I think your Doc is waiting, because conventional wisdom is that if you get through the acute stage with Babesia, and you have a spleen, then a intact healthy immune system will erradicate Babesia. (But if you have late Lyme, then you probably have a compromised immune system) and no one really knows if human Babs can lie doramnt in the liver like some mild strains of malaria can.
