I could call and bug my dr but I thought I would ask here first. I picked up these copies in the hospital today for my own records.

My GI dr ordered this test: PH BF

Anyone know what that is for?? I think its a ph test for HCL in my stomach but then it just says my results were 1.93 but doesn't say if its low or high.

My candida biopsy was normal as well as ALL other biopsys!

I give up! [Roll Eyes] No more tests.

Heres what the results did say:

A. small bowl biopsy: normal villous pattern is maintained.

B. Stomach, Antral Biopsy:
Mild chronic Gastritis . Negative for H-pylori by special stain.

C. Stomach, Biopsy of Body:

Mild Chronic Gastritis. Neg for H-Pylori.

D. Stomach, Biopsy of fundus:

Minimal Gastritis and neg for H-pylori.

E. Espohagus is normal

F. Rectum Biopsy:

Superficial ulceration and acute colitis: negative for CRYPT Asbcesses, granulomas, and architectural Distortion. Negative for Dysplasia and Malignancy.

He thought the colitis might be from the prep for the procedure? I don't know.
