About 3 weeks/... I would call Igenex in 2 weeks and see where they are at with it. I did that and acutally found out when they were faxed to my LLMD which allowed me to move up my appointment.

Igenex told me 10 business days from when they receive it. It took about 3 weeks for my family. Y ou can call them and make sure they have your drs fax # it is MUCH quicker than the mail.

Don't wait more than 2 weeks for the results. They might need the nudge for a fax, like others have said.

If the dr. did not request a fax back, have the nurse call them to FAX after, and follow up with snail mail of results.
Mine were lost for 4 wks+. I had to follow up on this. Last year, it took 1 week of 5 work days. Noticed someone else said 2 wks.
You can call them to find out how long, then call daily for updates. They CAN'T give you results but can give you date the fax and paper copy leave there. good luck.
