We know that Bb heads for the endothelial cells (lining blood vessels and lymph vessels where it gobbles up choline)...
If we can conserve Mg and acetylcholine in those cells...

Bb takes our choline.
If sodium is replaced by extra choline, Mg is conserved in the endothelial cells.

I am a little confused. So are you saying that larger amounts of sodium are not good? That would certainly shoot a hole in the salt/vitamin C therapy.
