Make sure it dosnt have binders like sugar whey carbs. Sometimes when some people take it and get the rumbly stomach and squirts I think it may be the acidophilis starving out the other bugs then theres the die off causing you to have that problem.

Since I killed just about everything except yeast when I started acidophilis because of the types of abx's I had taken I didnt have anything but better digestion happen.
Yeast cleared up in a few days.
Ps and heartburn totaly gone I dont think I have had that more than once a year.

Too much acidophilus can give you gas and bloating and make you have nausea, yep.

Doesn't bother me that I know of. But I take it with so many other herbs that I wouldn't know the difference if it did.

Actually even the herb, Devil's Claw that made me really nauseous the first couple of days became fine after my system became acclimated to it.
