Start slow. Remember that oregano is an all-purpose antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral, so you might well be killing off more than yeast, and you can kick off a herx when using it if you do too much too fast.

My stuff is in gelcaps too. I don't know how many drops are in each cap though. Bottle says take one to three daily. Jeez...who knows. I'm having so much pain in my foot I can't believe it and I'm taking too many things to know what's causing what. Oxycodone isn't even helping.
I have SO had it.

CLC -- if this makes it easier, the dosage is 0.2-0.4 ml of pure oregano oil per dose, which approximately equals 4-6 drops.
The conversions are very approximate, but 1.0 ml of essential oil equals about 20-25 drops (or as low as 17 drops/ml, depending on the dropper).
Your bottle should say how many ml are in each capsule.
What kind of pain are you having in your foot (stabbing, all over prickling, aching, etc.), and what else are you taking?
