Go to www.lymediseaseassociation.org and search for one there. Any LLMD should know how to treat coinfections. If not, I'd be running away fast...

unfortuneately there is an llmd in boston who doesn't treat them.
there is one in epping nh who does and has worked with the original llmds. i will pm you the number.
