aside from things where there is debate over how much certain things really help, and ones that take a very long time to actually do help. what really palpably helps your ability to think, and do things right away? complicated concepts and regimens have been to difficult for me to follow like this.

Danial:
Look this up at Amazon.com

The Rhodiola Revolution : Transform Your Health with the Herbal Breakthrough of the 21st Century
by Richard P. Brown, et al

Price: $10.74 & eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping

Read the review with the hardcover edition to get an idea of what this herb does.
It has actions similar to Provigil.

yeah, i was just going by how you said actions similar to provigil.

provigil raises glutamate, which my gut tells me is not good for lyme. in me it made my jitters worse, anger worse and confused me, and it wasn't even that effective for energy and getting things done. (thought it may have helped keep me awake.) if Rhodiola is similar in action, i am wary as my budget and focus need simple help. i appreciate the suggestion and it is on my list now.

well-i'm just starting a bunch of the stuff wild condor wrote---dr b says some of that helps for what you want

for 5 yrs i have not been able to get by with out my ginko-i am getting worse tho-so am trying doc b's stuff

also-my brother swears by : phosphatidyl choline from lecithin...i think it is being used to prevent dementia...and i know some others on here have mentioned it---its on my list

also i use 10mg-40mg of atarax a night to keep me sleeping longer than 2 hrs...and my fatigue has stayed gone for 5 yrs---it was abx that got rid of it in the first place tho...

and i'm pretty sure my brain quits if i eat sugar...i can sneak a little in if i am having a big meal of veggies and good protein and whole grains...but a sugary snack between meals is the end of me...i usually end up on the couch
