has this happened to anyone? wow! what a night i had. i really thought i had the flu---dripping sweats, but freezing...horrible nausea...weakness...P-A-I-N..... everywhere....my skin, my teeth, my hair!!!

one of those nights when i really wasn't sure if i would wake up...

but in 5 hours it was over. i'm a little tired today and afraid to venture too far from home...but ok

the only recent change i made-and it was a week or so ago-is to add dr b's multi and alpha lipoic acid and tegreen and milk thistle (i've taken a lot of milk thistle in the past and nothing like this ever happened...) oh well...we'll see. just another chapter in the continuing saga of a life with lyme...

Complex b vitamins made me ache almost as bad as the lyme.
