Hello, Have a sinus infection with intense pressure and headache. I would like to treat it naturally as I would like not to put another drug in my body on top of everything else on I'm on.

sure it is not a herx.... my son's regular lyme symptoms are sinus pain and headache, which certainly get worse with a herx (but he doesn't have any drainage)

Something you could do that wouldn't be invasive is saline nasal sprays. Are you dry? It could be that your sinus tissues are dry and a little stressed. It certainly can't hurt, it may dislodge the infection. At the very least, it will hydrate your sinuses.

Ms. M:
I get sinus infections all the time because of a cyst behind my right eye that I am petrified to get removed. The procedure is sounds so gross to me.
So, what I do is rinse my nasal passages with the Clenzology Facial Solutions, once in the AM and once in the PM. Also, I use the Zi-Cam nasal spray. It is just zinc, all natural and, you can get it at just about any drug store.
My sinuses run clear and the infection doesn't really take hold or move into my lungs.
The natural healing book I have called The Fourfold Path to Healing, by Thomas Cowan, MD, recommends "echinacea plus euphrasia complex" made by Mediherb, plus detoxing with hydrotherapy. The book has much more info on treating infections, too much for me to write about here.
Hope you feel better soon.
