Have you been tested for hyper-coagulation? Hypercoagulation can cause 'air hunger' - which could make one pass out.
Have you been tested for Babesia? Lots of babs patients get air hunger - or so I have heard.
Have you been tested for P.O.T.S. - postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome? I think the test is a tilt table test which is quite wicked and most memorable. You'll know for sure if you had that one!
As far as many trips to the bathroom - I think that could be just about any one of them! Is it really really excessive? Are you getting dehydrated?
Make sure you're replenishing your fluids -- or that could contribute to feeling faint - at least that's what I think. But I'm just your average idiot - what do I know!
Hang in there.

There is a wicked stomach virus going around this year. Do you think it could be that?
Yeast also can make you lightheaded.
