This book was recommended on a thread I posted about 5 weeks ago. I just now finished reading it (been busy) and all I can say is WOW!

I got the book because it was on cardiolgy and I have had a malignant arrythmia, so when it was recommended I immediately went out and got it.

Just because it is about cardiolgy and maybe you don't have a problem with that yet, don't be detered. This book is still a MUST read for those with chronic illness which is a major stressor. The book talks about fibromyalgia a lot, even though it isn't generally associated with heart disease.

In fact the supplements that are recommended are rcommended in the highest doses to those with FM. The reasons why are clearly explained, although it may be a little technical for some. It isn't a real thick book so it shouldn't take real long to read even if you go real slow.

Since many of us were diagnosed with FM before the diagnosis of Lyme it is very appropriate. Also, my feeling is that we all have FM induced by Lyme and other coinfections.

The book is called "The Sinatra Solution" by Stephen T. Sinatra, MD, FACC.

I can't recommend this book enough IF you just happen to suffer from PAIN and FATIGUE [Wink]
