fatigue, vague and consistent joint paint with almost unrelenting headaches are our main concerns... no group of abx has seemed to help... going on yrs now.

never been tested for the parasites and things some of you mention.

if you have a good herbal or homeopathic regime, please let me know - so hard to make decisions. LLMD does not do herbs or other because the results are not measurable.... ugh?

Hi Spiral,

Ningxia red is great but it is a bit pricey...I love it and so does my husband.

I give it to everyone that comes out of my chamber to ensure they get a good detoxification.

Blessings,

Julia

Many different things could help headaches.

Could be a blood flow issue -- heparin, nattokinase, lumbrokinase, Wobenzyme are some possibilities.

Other things which help with brain circulation include gingko, vinpocetine, feverfew (good for migraines), butterbur (another migraine possibility).

Lack of antioxidants contributes to brain fog in my opinion -- COQ10 (minimum 400 mg), Resveratrol (Japanese knotweed source), pycnogenol (pine bark extract) are all good choices.

Hubby has tried all these and more. It will just have to be a trial and error to see what works best for you. Actually with the exception of the butterbur, I think hubby has taken all of the other things at the same time.

When first taking COQ10 ramp up slowly or can cause increased headache.

Ginseng and other things for adrenal support are your best bet to help with fatigue. There is a class of herbs known as adaptogens that help with energy -- includes ginseng.

Hubby does not have significant joint pain, but possibilities include turmeric, chondroitin/glucosamine and devil's claw. Sure there are more. This is discussed in the Healing Lyme book I think.

Good luck and let us know what works.

For fatigue i use MethylB12 shots daily, and CordyMax (Cordyceps) plus B vitamins and exercise/weight training and yoga.
