I don't know but in the mean time drink lots of fluids, don't panic and skip tomorrow's dose.
Not medical advice but... the not panicking part is the most important thing.
You could call the pharmacy or beep the doc and see if this is something to worry about, if you're very worried.
You might get a good herx off it. (Good being a relative term!) Hang in there kiddo!
I'm sure someone smarter than me will wander by anytime now.

Decaf green tea?
I double dosed Levaquin one day and was fine. If that's any help.

I am so concerned about doing that that I have a med chart made up -to keep track of the 20 + pills I have to take a day- and as soon as I take something I chart it with my initials.
I don't let anything sidetrack me on this one-it takes PRIORITY-just so I can spare myself the angst of "did I or didn't I ???? " Enough anxiety as it is.

I hope you are O.K.. The Herx isn't too bad.
Pill cases I have several. I put all my doses of my pills in their compartments once a week. That way if they are gone I know I took them, or forgot. Works well for me.
Take care. Love & Light,

If you take something you really didn't want to you can take activated charcoal to absorb it.
