Does anyone know the cause of this and what's the solution? I don't go to the gym because exercise is painful but I dance for work so I'm very active in that regard but still am getting flabbier and flabbier despite being a normal weight. Its becoming unattractive and don't want it to start affecting my work. I had bells palsy on my face I'm wondering if this is similar. Just starting to get flabby on my arms and legs.

Many of us suffer from muscle atrophy caused by lyme and co's. Use light hand weights as much as you can to rebuild muscle tone.
