I am trying to make arrangements for flying in to the rally from far away & out of state. Could someone tell me 1. Best airport to use (are there 2 in the area?) 2. Drive time or a recommended taxi service ( so I can call to get a price), to Capitol Building? Much thanks if you can provide advice! N.

Bradley International Airport (BDL) is about 20 minutes from where you want to end up (16 miles according to mapquest). Try to book a big company airline, as smaller airports with smaller airlines have higher frequency/occurrence of cancellations/changes. I wish I could be there with you guys. If I did not receive the help I needed, I wouldn't be at work. Northstar, if you have any more questions, just ask. Lymester -------------------- Lymester

I'm going to paste this info to the 'sticky thread' at the top of this board. If anyone has more detailed airport info - please post it here and I will add it to the 'Final details' info. Travelocity and priceline and the like have cheap last minute flights! Mo

Thank you Lymester! That was the info I needed. I will do some research on cab costs or mass transit to the rally to see how it compares to one day car rental (which I really do not want to do). I will post info if I find any. N.
