Good morning All,

After a week of Diflucan, I am to start Oil of Oregano now. The problem is that I am unsure of the doasge.

The bottle reads to take one tablet with meals and at bedtime...4-50mgs a day?

Is 200mg a day too much...or does that sound about right?

This seems to be allot to me, but wanted to run it by those in the know [Smile]

Melanie, My daughter's llmd recommended it earlier..She was on 2 pills a day, together. That is also what is recommended on the bottle as a serving.

NOw this will blow you away..Each pill is 460mg. Maybe this is why she had herxes from Hell while on this and Grapeseed extract..

So try the lower dose to see how it goes...Maybe go slow this week..You do not need a herx now..lymemomtooo

Yes, I am holding off on the Artemesinin until I return...but didn't want to let the Candida issue get the upper hand.

Good suggestion to begin low...I think I will just take a couple today and see how that goes.

I took oil of oregano. It worked for me at 5-8 drops diluted in water several times a day.

May irritate your mouth or stomach, so try with lower doses first.
