Ok so I saw my LLMD on thursday.

It told him that I was so depressed and I know that it isint just my mental state.

I was very achey and burning skin etc.......

I told him that now when I tool just 1/4 cap of doxy my neck burns and I get sore muscles and VERY depressed and foggy just an hour after that.

It takes about 12 hours to clear and then I feel better.

He told me to start coffee enemas. I was affraid at first and then I was excited that I have something new to try,.

So I did one this morning, it went well, about 2 scoops with bottled water and 6 6oz cups of coffee in the pot.

Had some bowel stimulation after that.

So tonight I just did another one. Had lots of diarrea after that, is this normal? Was it really diarrea, there were loose stolls there.

Well he said do 2 enemas in one day and then try to take the doxy and see if I get that herx effect. Then just do 1 enema a week after that.

Well I just took some doxy and then same thing happened, sore muscles, burning and depression.

Should I increase the enemas?

Does anyone on here do them every day?

Have they helped?

The logic seems right, that it stimulates the gallblader to make bile and it stimulated that liver to dump old toxins.

Ive had bad constipation in the past and have had years and years of 1000s of pills that I took.

Im sure there is toxins there.

Any advice?
Thanks for reading.

You have to be careful with coffee enemas and do them correctly. I follow the instructions on a great nutritional book. I think you should be using distilled water, not bottled. and make sure it is ORGANIC coffee and that you cook it according the how to do a coffee enema and not just how to make a nice cup.

I do NOT think you should do them every day. That would be too much. You might hurt your colon or cause yourself to not be able to go so easily WITHOUT the enema.

IMO---sometimes we just HERX and there isnt a way to clear things in time to stop the herxing. SOmetimes you just have to back off the abx and wait till it is clear enough.

I am sorry you are feeling so awful. I have been there. I am still there actually.
Take care,
Trails

Thank you all very much.

Im in too much pain ATM to read through this.

I did know that they use it in caner.
Also it is best to boil if you have GLASS not pots which I didnt.

If I get some sleep and dont wake up in PAIN again that would be a miracle.

Many miracles for you too.

There is a great tea to keep things regular, called SMOOTH MOVE. It's an herbal tea by Traditional Medicinals. Great stuff.

Just one more thing to add. The caffeine in the coffee can cause a significant reaction as it gets absorbed by your colon. I know we Lymies aren't supposed to have caffeine, which is why I don't do coffee enemas, though I have in the past with success.

So just be aware that if you feel jittery, anxious, etc. it may be from the caffeine your body has absorbed.

I am not sure about using decaf as the process they use to make decaf uses chemicals. Although there is one kind of decaf that doesn't and it eludes me now....something about water.

but I do agree with above that glass and organic coffee is good.

Cheers,
Alison

Talked to the LLMD, he said go off the doxy and try 2 enemas a week then 3 a week if all goes well.

I might cheat and give mysefl one tommarrow.

Just make some extra coffe and let it sit there for a while. That cooks up the acids.

I had a little strage nervous or moving feeling.
It could have been from the enema. Nothing serious though. Tying to clean up.

Still on biaxin xl 1000mg a day and ALINIA 3 days a week.

Only problem I have it wiht gas and constipation. Super Colon Cleanse has done much for that. Adding probiotics helped too.

However I had a bowl of IRISH oatmeal this morrning and some cheese in the after noon.
It gives me so much gas and bloating.

I think Im allergic to the stuff. Does this point to yeast?

I took OIl of OREGANO at insaine stregnth a week ago. I did nothing but clear my sinuses a little.

Those things work. I have done them before. My PCP is really into things like that.
