Since I often do my INFAR sauna or detox bath at night I wanted to start taking my chlorella at bedtime (in addition to the other times). But, I take 3 Magnesium tablets by Pure Encap and Clonazepam at bedtime as well. The Clonazepam is supposed to keep me calm when the neon light in my body turns on every night!

Anyway, will the Chlorella cancel out the Mag and Clonazepam?

Thanks,

Jill

Jill,
Hope you don't mind me tagging on to your question. I worry about taking magnesium with anything else. I take neurotin and clonazepam at bedtime and know that magnesium blocks neurontin. I try to remember to take my magnesium in the middle of the afternoon -- "try" being the operative word!

So, I hope some knowledgeable folks respond to your question about chorella and also address the question of what other drugs or herbs should not be taken at the same time as magnesium.

Thanks,
Lesley

Lesley,

If it makes you feel better my alternative therapy MD said it was no problem taking the Mag with the Clonazepam together at night. Now we just have to figure out the rest!
