Can someone answer a question about finding a positive Borrelia Burgdeferi test on bloodwork. I have been suffering with burning spinal cord pain and other neurologic symptoms for over 6 years and have been seeking diagnosis. I was preparing to organize multiple labs and diagnostic test findings I had had by various doctors over the years before I go to see a specialist in Lymes, and accidentally found a lab test dated the year 2000 that was positive for Bb- results on labs say "Borrelia burgdeferi- 1.9 (reference range positive for >1.2)" What shall I do with this information?

Hi, When you take all your lab tests in, put 2 things on top of the pile: 1. your symptoms (see Burrascano guidlines, and also see the lymepa.org website for their downloadable booklet, which has an excellent list of symptoms), trying to date when things started happening. 2. That specific lab positive test for lyme that you mentioned, and flag it with a colored card so it stands out from all the others.
Maybe others will have some more ideas.
