So how long between your long-cycle (3-4 week) herxs and how long do they typically last?

Mine are every 28 days...along with the full moon and my menstrual cycles. Crazy, Im in sync with the moon. They seem to last a week if not up to 2 weeks.

Mine is the week of my cycle and stretches some into the following week. Recently they have been very tough but I think it is because I am on a cyst buster now. I also think that I used Bicillin way too long -- I think I had plateaued and allowed the lyme to gain ground. It seems on the augmentin and the tindemax... all @#$% is breaking loose. What a ride... and then they have pulled me off my pill (am 40 and had been on it for PCOS for years) to see where I am hormone wise... To say that this has not been a fun time is putting it mildly. This too will pass...
