I love your idea! And I happen to be the proud owner of my very own Bartonella rash. After 3 or 4 months of Bart treatment, it has faded a little bit but is still there and I hope this picture is OK.
One very interesting thing I noticed about my Bart rash is that my sister, newly diagnosed with Lyme, has almost an identical Bart rash on *her* abdomen. Our rashes are in the same place and have the same stripes and are almost impossible to tell apart - it's very odd.
So I am wondering ... since she and I may have a similar strain of Bart, might it present with identical markings? Is the presentation of the markings possibly based on heredity? Hmmmm...

My daughter has them on her abdomen, back and back of her knees. She has had them for a year and we didn't know what they were.
I about fell out of my chair when I saw the pictures posted here.

Quick question:
Are the blood dots a sign of bart? These in the photo look more like a spot of blood. These do not look like a petechiae....(sp?), which are under the skin.
Thank you for any experiences.

What's the deal with the stretch marks? I've never heard about my stretch marks being related to anything like that. All I know is I sure do have a lot of them that seem to come out of nowhere. Are they an indication of something?

I have petechiae all over my body, primarily on my torso, arms, and thighs. Those are what you are seeing in the picture. They may look more pronounced in that picture since I darkened it a bit with Photoshop so that the Bart rash would show up better.
Most of my petechiae are small, although there are a few that are larger and raised. But most of my skin looks like someone sprayed little dots of red paint on me. I don't know if petechiae is common with Bart or Babs or what, but I tested positive for Bart and negative for Babs twice (though that doesn't neccessarily mean I din't have it as we know).
frenchie, the Bartonella rash is not stretch marks, although it can appear to look similar to stretch marks. One difference is that if you feel the marks themselves, they are a bit raised, and stretch marks are not raised. They almost feel like tubes under the skin.
Also the Bart rash tends to show up in spots other than where stretch marks are and they are also shaped a bit differently. I also have these marks on my hips and side of breasts, and my sister has it on the inside of her upper arms.
When I first saw the marks on my sister my whole family tried to tell me I was crazy and that those were just stretch marks. Then she tested positive for Lyme and I don't seem so crazy.
