A new aggravating symptom for me, ugh.

For the last week starting around 6pm I get an intense itching burning feeling deep inside my left breast.

Today I got a rash near the itching area and also on my back in the area that had intense swirling vibrating/buzzing sensations on and off for almost 2 yrs. The rash is small raised red dots. Dark reddish purple. Slightly itchy.

Anyone else experience these symptoms?

Sounds like it might be herpes zoster - shingles. If so, you may need an antiviral like acyclovir.

Under the breast is a common area for candida infections as well, but it didn't sound like it with your description.
