Do I need to start a simple journal of my daily progress/symptoms, or is there a symptom diary online?
This sounds complicated, considering the variety of symptoms we have.

My LLMD gives me a symptom log to fill out. But I think there is one that people on this site use that they like- I believe it's called Lymelog. Don't quote me on that -I should check things out before i pass them along-but give it a try in the SEARCH button at top of page next to directory. Carol

A person has created a lyme log for a friend and opened it up to the public.
I wish I had this log when I first came down with lyme.
It would be great to go back and see the improvement.
Try www.lymelog.com I hope that is the correct URL. I am going from memory which is not what it use to be.

is the correct website for this great tool...it is exactly what you are looking for. It is basically and online diary of daily symptoms, but also graphs your symptoms for you, tracks different things, and you can customize it the way you like. There are now 104 of us using it!
