I have taken Nystatin for most of the 2 years since I started treatment for Lyme.
My circumstances are different now in that I have no insurance and believe it or not the Nystatin does not come generic and costs over $100 a month.
Do any of you do anything else for the gut?
I already do Kefir, yogurt, garlic, Diflucan, aloe vera, occasional colloidal silver, no sugar...
Since I quit Nystatin it seems my guts are puffing up again.
Any thoughts?

I have been on and continue to take Nystantin. If I stop, yeast starts to become a problem but I am on HEAVY abx. Are you on a low yeast diet. I find that if I deviate from the low yeast food, I need a lot more nystantin to keep things under control. Kefir helps a lot.
When I say low yeast diet I mean LOW yeast diet. Any type of breads, sugar, fried food, sweet vegtables, fruits and all the other tasty stuff causes problems.

Hey bugs
There are many natural treatments for keeping the yeast at bay, if you can't afford nystatin.
Do a search here on "natural yeast treatments"
Other than diet, which is highly important
there are many that people that have found the following helpful:
oregano supps, olive leaf extract,extra-virgin cocounut oil,pau d arco, caprilic acid...and the list goes on and on.
Hope you can find someting that works for you
make sure to talk over everything first with your LLMD.
