I experienced head pressure and a horrible burning headache last night that made me stay in bed for 12 hours.

Has anyone had this?
I also have a tightened feeling in my jaw and temples????

I've had horrible headaches and head pressure for the last two weeks.

The last time I had similar symptoms was in 1996.

At first I thought it was a babesia herx. I've been on artemisinin. In part it may have been.

My LLMD thought it was a sinus infection - I also developed facial pain and a slight fever. Started on a homeopathic and mild silver Nasal Spray last week. Today the headache is much better.

I get this pain especially my right temple. When it gets really bad, my right eyelid closes.

I take Zydone, it's a pain med I only take it when i absolutely have to.

I am currently on iv rocephin. It definetly helps the head and neck pressure.

3 weeks ago I could not even hold me head up, my neck did not feel strong enough.

I you feel better soon.

I've always described my "headaches" as brain burning -- varying in intensity, and in sides of the head. Usually involves pain in the ear too.

The worst seems over with oral antibiotic therapy. It felt like brain inflammation and pressure.

Goodluck.
