Anyone take Adoxa for Lymes? My doctor recently changed me from 200 mg a day of doxycyclene to Adoxa 150 mg 2 times a day. He said it was better on the stomach and he would change to something more aggressive once my coinfecion tests come back. My pharmacist seems to think it is the same thing (just more expensive). Any thoughts? Thanks!

i was on this, my llmd gave it to me because the pill was smaller and easier to swallow.

it was more expensive.

from what i remember it is the same as doxy but made in canada.

you can check it out on this site, it is listed under representative names of doxy.

I would suggest taking a lot of probiotics. This started to hurt my stomach around the 3rd week and my llmd took me off of it.
