Yup, it feels and sounds like a yawn in my ears?
Could it be from Abx, maybe?
Could it be toxin die-off?
I have neuro lyme so maybe the nerves to my ears have been affected?
What to do about this strange new symptom?
thank you for any thoughts, tic

I did a little research and may have answered my own question. Culprit =
Cranial nerve VIII: The eighth cranial nerve is the vestibulocochlear nerve.
The vestibulocochlear nerve is responsible for the sense of hearing and it is also pertinent to balance, to the body position sense.
Problems with the vestibulocochlear nerve may result in , (ringing or noise in the ears), vertigo and vomiting.

What you are referring to is tinnitus. It was one of my first lyme symptoms. It took over 2 years of abx to finally knock it down to a level where its not bothersome. I believe minocycline helped me the most in that area.
Some abx can cause tinniuts though. Azithromycin (Zithromax) is sometimes known to do this.

Fullness in my ears was one of my first symptoms too. I actually went through vestibular testing becasue I was dizzy with ringing in my ears. Vestibuar testing is not fun!
