Oh my!
I was currently taking 4 "core" pills , and am now into the KPU protocol for a month. I was told to start adding 50mg of zinc picolinate, and did last night.

Today, I feel like I am drugged, with major brain fog, and like I need to cry every other hour.

Is this a coincidence, or having to do with my 50mg zinc increase? I couldn't have imagined it doing this to me. (I also am doing AI as well)

Would love any insights that you have...
Also wondering about my KPU test results:
my HPL score was: 450!
my Kryptopyrrol was 25.90

Do these seem high, or just "elevated"...I have no clue how bad off I am?
[confused]
Thanks!

Yes I would be be interested in hearing what people have experienced with this test. I took it before but I didn't do it correctly.

My head starts to spin when I try to read the directions. It seems so complicated.

Why can't you just pee in a cup?

Laura, I've definitely had strong reactions to kpu treatment including feeling drugged and had to cut back on dose.

Haley, check out Scott's site for Dr. K's kpu article, very helpful.

I believe Dr. K claims that you can feel worse before you feel better when using the KPU treatment.

Just keep in mind that zinc competes with iron. You don't want your iron to fall off the cliff either.

Interesting! I have also been crying a lot and am about a month into full KPU. No Zinc picolinate though.

Laura, please call your doctor right away - don't guess at this or listen to people who are not familiar with the protocol to give advice. You pay for the doctor's expertise.

Best wishes!

P.S. You are most likely already mobilizing enough toxins with AI alone and more is not always better.
