I tried something new today and wondered if anyone else has tried it and what their experience has been. Can't see any downside so would appreciate comments on that too.

I have been reading posts on the benefits of salt. Most recently the one where salt water in the ear was beneficial.

So, today, I mixed Epsom salts in a cup of warm water and took it into the sauna.

I rubbed it on me, especially my Lyme "hotspots", left ankle, right shoulder, neck, face. I poured it on my scalp and put a couple of drops in my ears.

Tonight my left ear is cracklin a little. You know the feeling when you get them filled with water and you want them to clear.

My ears, especially my left, is always blocked and painful and I would love to have them clear.

What do you guys think? Any downside?
