back again trying to figure out arteminisnin...I tool it for three days starting with 200 one day too 300 second day..to 400 the third day and then I got an scared as my vertigo only when looking up or down came back as as well as marked sleep disturbence..myoclonic jerking..fussy feeling around eyes..this is in my mind a terrible herx...I stopped as I was worryed about damage to the brain as it seemed to hit me very hard..when I take art about 40 minuetes later I get this sensation in the nerves that feels like there is a reaction or a fight going on..it always happens when I take the dose of art...100mg...so am I going to do damage by taking art or should I go on mepron...I think that I have babesia and that is why I am platued...also if I stop mino I get flu like symptoms and I think that it is the babs that is causing it..what do you all think?also I trying to get on bicillin shots...but having a hard time..I tryed to tell the doc to go after babs but I have not heard from him... eric

To my experience, artemisinin could decrease the iron levels in the body. I usally take 50 mg Iron per day when I am on Art. If I skip iron, I would feel bad herxed (twice).
This just my hypothesis, not confirmed yet.
However, I didn't notice any side effects from taking iron.
