Hi All

I have been thinking about this for a few days--

I think it is a Good Idea --
and I think there is a Good Chance of Working --

I think the Answers for Successful Treatments
of these diseases are contained (Scattered) threw
the 120,000 pages on LymeNet --

There is No Way can I read 122.000 pages ---Ouch--

But--
I think that if a-- Search Program--
(Google) or similar --
was Run Threw the stored LN
pages and was Set up to-

-- Look for Certain Things --
it would find the Best Treatments-
-- Quickly---

Google is working on New a Medical Site --

They have spent Alot of money on it-
but just exactly what they are doing is
still somewhat secret -- (GoogleHealth ? )

Maybe if Google was Contacted -

Arrangements could be made for Google
to use there Search Engine and
Search the files on Lymenet --- and
-- Find the Best Treatments ---

Sense Google is doing Research on --
- How to Make a Good Medical Site --

They just might be looking for
sites similar to LN to Do a -
-- Medical Search On --

I think if some good search criteria was chosen -

The search engine could give some perty solid
results Quickly - --

When Google bought YouTube the search capabilities
of YouTube went up 100 X in days ---

I think Google could do a (Blind) search--
so there would be no user info known ----

I Can see it working -- Quickly --

The power of Search Engines like Google
is Amazing --Awsome--

I dont see Any Real reason why it would not work -

To give you a example of the Search Types that
could be done --
this is a search that I did on LN --

This search took me about 3 weeks --
It was perty hard to do --
and was no fun ---

But I think doing my search this way
saved me Months of Time --

I think a Google Search would Give -
Much Better Results in Seconds tho --
-----------------------------------------------

Search Strategy I used was to Look for
--- People Not Posting Any More ---

Then I looked threw these people for
folks who said they were
-- Feeling Good or Better ---

I also Looked for people with
Symptoms like Mine--
Length of Illness --

Then I Looked for the treatment protocols
they used-
and Looked threw these results
to See what came Up --

I think it --Saved me Lots of time --
--------------------------------------------------

The Search Capabilities of Google or similar
could Figure Out Things -- Quickly ---

I Can See this Working --

What do you think ? --Jay--

To search posts and newbie info section that are indexed in google
TermYouWantToFind site:flash.lymenet.org
OR
You can also go to google advanced search and enter the domain name and the term there.
http://www.google.com/advanced_search

I think google only returns pages that they have indexed which means that not all pages with the term will be returned.
