I have recently learned about the Marshall protocol and was wondering if anyone else is using it? I have hypertension and need to take medication for it so I thought why not try Benicar since it is supposed to have an anti-inflammatory effect but I am not sure of the dose. Appreciate your thoughts.

Go to www.marshallprotocol.com. There you will find all of the information you need and people to answer your questions.

The mp should really be done only under proper medical supervision using the guidelines established by trevor marshall, possibly modified by your doctor if he or she is sufficiently familiar with the science to do that safely.
