Hi Robi, I just ordered some from iherb.com and will let you know how I do with it, when I get it (IF I can remember this post....Lyme brain!)
I am pretty sure Gigi prefers Biopure's garlic. It was someone else who likes the Allimax.

My preference always is the total food as nature gives it to us. I really try to stay away from "massacred" foods that have been put through many processes before we get it.
I will ask the people who put Bioimmersion and Biopure garlic on the map. It was a tough struggle to get the cleanest organic from an honest farmer -- it took many months to find it in the US.
The garlic we switched away from several years ago came out of the UK and they could not offer us an organic garlic. That's how the Biopure/Bioimmersion garlic came about.
Will let you know when I get their input. I know they know every garlic brand around.
Take care.

I know I've asked this before, but no firm answer yet: Does anyone know about the purity of Eclectic Institute's freeze-dried garlic capsules? They are labeled as organic, but I rarely see that brand name come up on this board.
Gigi, do you happen to know, or would you be able to include this in your question?
Thanks for any answers!
