Recently I had a muscle biopsy done and someof the bloodwork cane back " abnormal " Any help here would be great

Carnitine esters 2 Range 3.8-19.0
Pyruvate <.10 Range .30 - .70
Red cell distribution 14.8 Range 11.5 - 14.5
Neutrophils 77.8 Range 40.0 to 74.0
Lympocyte 12.8 Range 15.0 - 50.0
Hemoglobin 16.3 Range 13.9 - 16.3 highest end

Feel very Fatiqued, muscle twitches, cold lower leg&feet. Tingles and feels like static in my left foot

I think it shows a energy , anemia ? problem and maybe Thyroid ???

Iforgot to add that last Feb I had a CDC positive IGM from Igenex. 3 months Doxy but still having problems

DR is not sure whats going on. There is something amiss in my red blood count. High neutrophils high hemoglobin etc. I have to speak to him this week. I was hoping some other Lymies might have more info....

High neutrophils plus low lymphocytes = classic for active Lyme infection.

Mine improved with herbal tx, though the lymphs took a lot longer to go back into normal range than the neutrophils did.

I don't know much about those other tests, except that high hemoglobin would make me ask my doctor about the possibility of hemochromatosis. Do you know what your ferretin count is?
