Does anyone have Kifer starter that they would be willing to share?

Hi Sandy!
I wish I could help but recently "parted" out mine so I'm still building back up!
That Kefir, for search-friendly hunting, by the way!
Best bet is to order some from eBay from a trusted seller. It's a good time of year to ship -- nice and cool. Don't pay much for it, don't bother with fancy containers; all it needs is a glass jar to ferment away on the counter in.
Dom's Kefir site is good too though might be a bit pricey.
There's a Kefir Yahoo group and once you join they'll usually send you some -- whomever's closest to you will send some for postage.
Best of luck. You're going to love it!

Here, for example, looks like a really good buy.
Grains are super cheap, a really nice starting quantity, and if you read his Feedback you will see that other people are really pleased with the grains! If it were me, that's where I'd start!
