Rifampin and minocycling are good abx treatment for Bartonolla. Most do not experience adverse reactions or big herx's from this treatment. I also think herxes are overstated, but thats just my experience. If you dont treat it, you will never get better. After 2 months of this many of my symptoms went away. -------------------- Positive 10 bands WB IGG & IGM + Babesia + Bartonolla and NOW RMSF 3/5/09 all at Quest And still positive ELISA and WB two years after IV treatment http://www.lymefriends.org/profile/blake
