Any suggestions for my first "real" LLMD visit coming up? I got the Dr's email address from the secretary and typed up a description of my treatment history so far and my symptoms. Hopefully this will help prepare the Dr. so I won't have to waste valuable time going over every past detail. I haven't gotten a reply so I don't know if she'll see it.

My LLMD had me write up all my symptoms and how it all started and it was very helpful. He read it prior to coming into the room.
You could print off what you emailed them and bring with you, just in case they didn't see it. Also write down any questions you might have and take with you. I think that I had more questions after I began treatment and not so many on the first appt.
Good luck!

Jot your questions down before you go...so many well intended doctors hijack the conversation...so get them to slow down and askv your questions.
