i have had red and blue blotchy thighs for a long time. also when i take a bath they really turn bright red and my feet and hands do too. when i get cold it happens also.

i have been on cat's claw, 500 mg once a day, and am starting the protocol. last night i took a warm bath and guess what? no intense red/blue thighs. it's usually on the inside of my legs from the crotch to the knee, very noticeable.

so i'm wondering why this is going away? is the cat's claw making a difference or what? i've had it all along even when i was on antibiotics,
so why is it going away now?

can't figure it out. the itching got really really bad and felt like someone was stabbing me with pins when i started the cat's claw. now i don't have that.

herx maybe??
