never had a stomach problem. woke up this morning in crying pain. feels like knife in my stomach. long painful. took pepto, no luck. cant walk without being bent over. i havent eaten anyting for 12 hours so i doubt its food. i have no other physical issues other than this stabbing intense pain in gut.

any ideas? fast!

right in the middle, its subsided a bit now but still doesnt feel right. the pain this morning had me crying out load in agony. that doesnt happen much...
